❓ How do I post an ad?
Click "Post Ad" in the navigation bar. Fill in the details about your item, upload photos, set your price and location, then publish. It's free!
❓ Is it free to post?
Yes! Basic listings are completely free. We also offer paid plans (Bump Up and Featured) to get more visibility for your ad.
❓ How do I contact a seller?
Open any listing and click "Contact Seller". You can send a message directly through FayoLink's messaging system.
❓ How do I stay safe when buying?
Always meet in a public place, inspect items before paying, and never send money in advance. Read our Safety Tips for more.
❓ How do I edit or delete my listing?
Go to your Profile page, find the listing, and click Edit or Delete. You can also mark it as sold.
❓ What payment methods are accepted?
For featured listings, we accept Chapa (bank transfer, mobile wallet) and Telebirr.
❓ How do I report a suspicious listing?
Click the "Report" button on any listing page. Our team reviews all reports within 24 hours.
❓ I forgot my password. What do I do?
On the login page, click "Forgot Password" and follow the instructions sent to your email.
