1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using FayoLink, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Your Account
You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or post a listing.
3. Listings & Content
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of what you post. Listings must not include prohibited, illegal, counterfeit, or stolen items, and must accurately represent the item's condition, price, and location. FayoLink may remove any listing that violates these rules.
4. Payments & Promotions
Featured and Premium listing upgrades are paid services processed through our payment partners. Payments for these upgrades are non-refundable once the promotion has started, except where required by law.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use FayoLink to harass, defraud, or mislead other users, scrape or misuse the platform, impersonate another person, or attempt to bypass its security measures.
6. No Warranty & Limitation of Liability
FayoLink connects buyers and sellers but is not a party to any transaction between them, and does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of listed items. To the extent permitted by law, FayoLink is not liable for disputes, losses, or damages arising from transactions between users.
7. Changes & Contact
